In the nursery at Discovery Kids, we strive to create a fun, safe, and friendly environment where newborns sense God’s love through caring volunteers, Bible stories, play and other meaningful activities.

Discovery Little Kids (JK - Grade 3)

In Discovery Little Kids we will teach major Bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly multimedia workshops: such as Art, Drama, Music, Games, Audio/Video, Puppets, Storytelling, and any other educational media.

We will teach the same Bible story in workshops for three to four weeks rotating the children to a different workshop each week. The results are astounding! "The kids love it, the teachers love it, and we can't ever imagine going back to the old way."

Discovery Kids (Grade 3 to 8)

Discovery Church is partnering with Rehoboth Christian Reformed Church, to provide an established and dynamic ministry to kids (Children) in grades 3-8. For girls, there is the G.E.M.S. (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Saviour) girls Club, and for boys there is Cadets. Rehoboth CRC is located at 130 Scugog St. Bowmanville. (1/2 km north of Hwy 2). Discovery Youth (Grade 9 to 12)

CRAVE Youth Group is a dynamic ministry focused on leading and mentoring teens (14+) in developing and walking in relationship with Jesus Christ. Our goal is live like Jesus everyday - everywhere.

Discovery Church takes its ministry to children very seriously. With this in mind, all volunteers must first be members in good standing at Discovery Church. They must also undergo a Police background check, screening process and training before they are able to serve in Discovery Kids.
